Been having trouble getting time and wi-fi both at the same time, but thought I'd drop a post about our trip up to eastern South Dakota, where we took our first break.
We arrived in Chicago around 10:30 at night, in the rain and construction, where we hit a traffic jam and lost about an hour sitting in the middle of the freeway. From there we continued North and West along I-90 switching drivers every few hours.
As morning approached we were driving across lower Minnesota, where there were lots of windmills.
We took turns driving every few hours and by the time we got to Sioux City, we needed to get out of the car and take a break.
