Trail Ridge
Kristine, Rich and Kaitlyn took Ben and I on a tour of the Trail Ridge road in Rocky Mountain Park. I hope you can get some sense of the area from these photos and videos.

Estes Park and Family
Went to Estes Park and looked around. Ben got a haircut, then we headed down to his relatives in Johnstown. They'd had a bad hail storm a few weeks ago.
Climbing the Rockies
Today we climbed the Big Thompson canyon near the Rocky Mountain Park. We found some really fun climbs then headed up to Estes Park to look around. Our car door is starting to look a little full with pamphlets.

Creepy Lincoln
Went to see the Lincoln memorial near Vedauwoo that overlooks I-80 at it's highest point. Ben and I refer to him as "creepy Lincoln". The night we arrived in Vedauwoo, we saw a huge thunderstorm over Cheyenne, but we stayed dry.
